Swimsuit (something able to get wet)

Appropriate footwear (MUST stay on while swimming, preferably wetsuit booties or river shoes. Sport sandals or old tennis shoes will work as well.)

Nose plugs (We will have them for sale at classes. They are nice to have for rolling.)

Sunglasses (Make sure to have a retention strap, or way of staying on while paddling.)
